Bravida Denmark ensures the operation and servicing of street lighting in 13 municipalities for around DKK 100 million
Street lighting is an important part of municipal infrastructure, as it promotes safety in outdoor environments and increases road safety, especially during the darker months of the year. Bravida’s contractual responsibilities include operation, maintenance and emergency repairs for the lighting facilities in the municipalities, of which there are ten on Zealand, two in Southern Jutland and one in Southern Denmark.
Ole Høgh, Regional Manager for Region Infrastructure at Bravida Denmark, comments:
“We are now in the darkest months of the year, when well-functioning street lighting is essential for the safety of residents. We are proud that 13 municipalities have entrusted us with these assignments and we look forward to providing our expertise and thereby creating safer outdoor environments.”
Most of the contracts have a duration of four to six years and they started on various dates.
