Major shareholder announcement

Boozt AB hereby announces that it has been informed that Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest, as of 29 May 2024, holds shares corresponding to 9.99% of the total share capital and voting rights in Boozt AB. Before the announcement, Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest held 10.00% of the total share capital of Boozt AB.

The fund Kapitalforeningen BLS Invest has thus crossed the 10% threshold ownership share in the company Boozt AB.

A Swedish financial media outlet incorrectly reported on 2 June that the fund in question was BLS Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, which holds over 25% of the voting rights in Boozt AB. The article has since been corrected.
