Boozt CFO acquires shares in Boozt AB

Boozt AB today announces that CFO Michael Bjergby acquired shares in Boozt AB on 4 November 2025.

Michael Bjergby purchased 19,980 shares in Boozt AB for a total value of SEK 2,028,026. Following the transaction, he holds a total of 19,980 shares in Boozt.

The aggregated holding of the Executive Management in Boozt AB now equals 2.7% of the total share capital.
