BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ), a leading company in orthobiologics for the management of bone injuries, today announced a change in the number of shares and votes.

During February, the number of shares and votes in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (PUBL) has increased with 1,000 due to the exercise of 5,000 warrants within the employee stock options program 2016/2024.

As per February 28, 2023, the total number of shares in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ) amounts to 66,197,635 shares, divided into 64,555,197 ordinary shares with one vote per share and 1,642,438 series C-shares with one-tenth of a vote per share, corresponding to a total of 64,719,440.8 votes.
