BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ), a leading company in orthobiologics for the management of bone injuries, today announced a change in the number of shares and votes.

During June, the number of shares and votes in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (PUBL) has increased with 10,500 due to the exercise of 50,000 warrants within the employee stock options program 2012/2022, and 2,500 warrants within the employee stock options program 2016/2024.

As per June 30, 2022, the total number of shares in BONESUPPORT HOLDING AB (publ) amounts to 65,518,147 shares, divided into 64,515,281 ordinary shares with one vote per share and 1,002,866 series C-shares with one-tenth of a vote per share, corresponding to a total of 64,615,567.6 votes.
