BONESUPPORT'S CEO SELLS SHARES - REMAINS SIGNIFICANT LONG-TERM OWNER

BONESUPPORT™, a leading company in orthobiologics for the management of bone injuries, today announce that Emil Billbäck, CEO of BONESUPPORT, has sold 146 000 shares in BONESUPPORT.

After the sale, Emil Billbäck owns 454 425 shares, an increase of 110 195 shares since the beginning of the year, and thus remains with a large private ownership.

"The sale is made solely to cover tax obligations related to a recently completed long-term incentive program and I do not intend to sell additional shares. BONESUPPORT is at an early stage of a very exciting journey, with good future outlook, and I look forward to continuing to develop the company together with the organization and the board”, says Emil Billbäck, CEO of BONESUPPORT.

The transaction has been reported to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with current regulations.
