At the extraordinary general meeting of Boho Group AB (publ) (the "Company") which took place today, December 5, 2025, the following decision was made with the required majority.

Election to the board of directors
The meeting decided, in accordance with the proposal of the election committee, that in addition to the board members elected at the annual general meeting, for the time until the end of the next annual general meeting, elect Fernando Moreno as a regular member of the board.
