Biokraft will hold a short conference call for shareholders regarding 1Vision Biogas' mandatory offer, the Board of Directors' recommendation and the announcement of the share issue. The call will be held on Teams on 27 February, 2024 at 1 p.m. CET. Participants will be Chairman of the Board Anders Bengtsson and President and CEO Matti Vikkula.
