Change in the Number of Shares and Votes in BIMobject AB

During the period from May 6 to August 6, a total of 2,928,451 warrants under BIMobject’s incentive program LTIP 2022 were exercised, resulting in the subscription of the same number of shares. As a result of these exercises, the number of shares and votes increased by 2,928,451 (of which 2,459,451 were in May and 469,000 in August).
The subscription period is now closed, and no further subscriptions can be made under LTIP 2022.

As of August 8, the total number of shares in BIMobject is 145,529,814, corresponding to 145,529,814 votes.
