New number of shares and votes in BHG Group

The number of shares and votes in BHG Group AB (publ) (“BHG”) has changed due to the recently completed directed new share issue.

In the directed issue, 16,393,443 new shares were issued at a subscription price of SEK 61 per share, entailing proceeds of SEK 1.0 billion before transaction costs. For further information, see BHG’s press release on 4 May 2022.

Through the above mentioned directed share issue, the number of shares and votes in BHG has increased by 16,393,443.

Today, on the last trading day of the month, there are in total 140,209,173 shares and votes in BHG.
