New number of shares and votes in BHG Group

The number of shares and votes in BHG Group AB (publ) (“BHG”) has changed due to the recently completed directed new share issue.

In the directed issue, 39,024,390 new shares were issued. 35,052,293 shares were issued based on the authorisation from the annual general meeting held on 5 May 2022, and the remaining 3,972,097 shares were issued subject to the subsequent approval of an extraordinary general meeting held on 30 December 2022. Through the above mentioned directed share issue, the number of shares and votes in BHG has increased by 35,052,293.[1]

Today, on the last trading day of the month, there are in total 175,261,466 shares and votes in BHG.

[1] The 3,972,097 shares that were issued pursuant to the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting on 30 December 2022 will be registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm in the beginning of January 2023.
