Beyond Frames Entertainment AB (publ) ("Company") informs that the directed share issue announced on January 9, 2025 have been register at The Swedish Companies Registration Office, and that the shareholder Magnus Unger's ownership now exceeds 15%. Prior to the directed share issue, Magnus Unger had 14,6% of the votes in the company and after the directed share issue, Magnus Unger owns 3 064 735 shares corresponding to 16,5% of the votes in the Company. Also, Zelk AB's ownership is, after the directed share issue, lower than 5%. Zelk AB owns 876 000 shares and after the directed share issue this corresponds to 4,72% of the votes in the Company.
