Bergman & Beving acquires Sandbergs

Bergman & Beving has today acquired all shares in Sandbergs i Jämtland AB. The company is a niched supplier of equipment within handling of liquids in Sweden. The customers are mainly found within the industry sector, transport/contracting companies as well as within governmental businesses. The company has a turnover of approximately MSEK 60 with good profitability and has 8 full-time employees.

”Sandbergs is a leading player in the liquid handling sector; a niche our company Germ operates within. The combination of Sandbergs and Germ gives us a strong position within handling of liquids in Sweden, where our ambition is to strengthen our market position”, says Oscar Fredell, Division Head Tools & Consumables.

”It is exciting to join the Bergman & Beving Group and to continue grow Sandbergs within the liquid handling sector”, say the sellers Henrik and Magnus Bergström, who will continue to run the company.

Sandbergs will be part of the Tools & Consumables division and the closing takes place immediately. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on the Bergman & Beving’s earnings per share during the current fiscal year.
