Uveco, a company within the Machinery & Equipment division, has today acquired all shares in All Coating Industrilackeringar AB. Under the product brand Flexcoat, the company offers sheet metal in customer-specific colours based on a proprietary method that allows the sheet metal to be further processed afterwards. All Coating is based in Gothenburg, has 5 employees, and generates approximately SEK 25 million in revenue with very strong profitability.

All Coating will be included in the Machinery & Equipment division as a subsidiary of Uveco. The acquisition takes effect immediately. It is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Bergman & Beving’s earnings per share during the 2026/2027 financial year.
