The number of circulating shares at the end of March 2024 was 55,353,621 (Q1 2023 39,542,371). The average number of circulating shares for Q1 2024 was 54,327,467 (Q1 2023 39,542,371).
Further, 457,850 (Q1 2023 458,650) warrants are circulating. The exercise impact of the warrants is not included above. The warrants are out of the money and thus insignificant.
