B Treasury Capital AB (“BTC AB” or the “Company”) has acquired an additional 4,4 bitcoin (BTC) at an average price of approximately USD 118,159 per bitcoin, for a total amount of approximately USD 524,595 or SEK  5 million.

Approximately SEK 10 million of the proceeds from the directed share issue announced on 9 July 2025 remain unutilised. The Company intends to deploy the full balance into additional Bitcoin purchases.

BTC AB is now holding a total of approximately 152 bitcoin (BTC).
