Ayima has been informed that Avanza and other trading platforms may have closed access to the offer through their interface earlier than the official acceptance period end date of 26 March.
It may still be possible to accept the offer by using the following procedure:
Send a message in the bank/trading platform messaging app containing the follow phrase in the subject line:
"Late acceptance of WPTG's takeover offer"
Acceptances received by Aqurat Fondkommission by 12.00 on 27 March 2024 will be processed.
