Changes to the financial calendar

Due to the public takeover of Ayima by WPTG and associated book-keeping and filing activities, the board of Ayima has decided to make some changes to the financial calendar. The Q1 report will now be released on 31 May, and the AGM will be Pushed back to 28 June. The audited annual report will be released and filed as planned on the 24 April. The financial calendar has been updated at www.ayimagroup.com
