Changes to the Board of Directors

Ayima Group AB today announces that the board member Björn Mannerqvist is resigning from Ayima's Board of Directors at his own request effective immediately. He is resigning for personal reasons.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Björn for the contribution he has made during his time on Ayima's board," says Mike Nott, Chairman of the Board.
Mike Jacobson, Tim Webb and Mike Nott are the remaining board members until a new independent representation can be elected.
