Ayima Group AB (publ) ("Ayima" or the "Company") hereby announces that the Company has entered into an agreement with Swedish North Point Securities AB ("North Point") regarding the position as Certified Adviser.

North Point takes office as Certified Adviser on January 1, 2024. Until then, Eminova Fondkommission will continue to act as Certified Adviser for the Company.
