Awardit AB (publ.) has entered into an agreement with Nordea regarding a revolving credit facility of MSEK 250

Awardit AB (publ.) has entered into an agreement with Nordea regarding a revolving credit facility of MSEK 250. The credit facility aims to refinance existing credits in the group and enable further acquisitions and implies increased flexibility, reduced requirements for amortizations and more favorable interest rates compared to before. The new credit facility strengthens Awardit’s opportunities to continue delivering organic and acquisition-driven growth in accordance with the company’s strategy. Awardit will also centralize all its financial commitments for the Nordic operations to Nordea, work commencing in the first quarter of 2023.

The credit facility runs for three years (with the possibility of an extension 1 + 1 year) and came into effect on 16 December 2022.

“We are very pleased to have secured this credit facility of MSEK 250 in collaboration with Nordea. We will use it to centralize and refinance existing credits in the group at significantly better terms and at the same time strengthen our acquisition and growth opportunities.
