AVTECH Board Members and Major Shareholders Acquire 300,000 Class A Shares

AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) announces that several Board members and major shareholders have increased their holdings in the Company through the acquisition of a total of 300,000 Class A shares.

Chairman of the Board Ingvar Zöögling and Board member Martin Lagerqvist have acquired a total of 160,000 Class A shares. In addition, Board member Per Jensen has acquired 20,000 Class A shares, thereby becoming a new shareholder in AVTECH.

At the same time, existing shareholders Rune Johansson, Markus Fehrling, Niklas Fehrling and Tomas Fehrling have acquired a combined total of 120,000 Class A shares.

The shares were acquired in an off-market transaction at a price of SEK 4.28 per share.

The acquisitions reflect the continued commitment of both the Board and the Company's major shareholders and demonstrate their long-term confidence in AVTECH’s operations, strategic direction and future growth prospects.
