During May, the number of shares and votes in Arise AB (publ) has decreased due to the cancellation of own ordinary shares repurchased within the framework of the company's buyback program which was resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 7 May, 2025. As of 30 May, 2025, the number of shares and votes in Arise AB (publ) amounts to 41,171,123.
