Arise

Arise AB (publ) has today entered into a settlement agreement with a previous service supplier and the ongoing arbitration proceedings will therefore be ended. The settlement amount, which shall be paid by the service supplier, amounts to approximately SEK 30 million and is expected to be received in the fourth quarter 2024. The settlement implies a positive earnings effect of approximately SEK 10 million for the fourth quarter 2024.
