Arise

Arise AB (publ) ("Arise") has today, 3 April 2023, completed the previously announced acquisition of 51% of the shares in Pohjan Voima Oy ("Pohjan Voima"). Pohjan Voima is active within the development of onshore wind and solar power in Finland. Pohjan Voima's current project portfolio amounts to approximately 1.7 GW of which 600 MW will be classed as late-stage projects, which implies a material increase of Arise's development portfolio.
