Arion Bank: Share Buyback Program Paused

Reference is made to a press release from Arion Bank, published 14 January 2026 regarding the launch of a share buyback program. The share buyback program for shares and SDRs in Arion Bank will be paused on 11 March 2026 as the Annual General Meeting of the Bank will be held on that day. Subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of the renewal of the Bank’s authorization to repurchase its own shares, it is planned that the share buyback will resume following the Annual General Meeting.
