Arion Bank has today concluded a sale of NOK 350m and SEK 250m floating rate bonds with 3-year maturity.
The bonds were priced at a spread of 111bp over 3-month NIBOR and 113bp over 3-month STIBOR. The bonds will be issued under the Bank’s EMTN programme and are expected to be admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 14 January 2025.
The bookrunner on the transaction was Nordea
