Arion Bank hf.: Tender offer results

MARKN.

Arion Bank hf. announced today the results of a tender offer published on 13 May 2024 where holders of EUR 300,000,00 4.875% Senior Preferred Green Notes due 2024 to tender their Notes for purchase. The tender offer was subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the tender offer memorandum.

The Bank received valid tenders of EUR 261,278,000 which were all accepted.

The Dealer Managers are ABN AMRO, Barclays, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley.

Further information on the tender offer is available in the announcement made public on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (www.bourse.lu) where the Notes are listed.
