Arion Bank hf.: Covered Bond Exchange Offer Results.

The exchange offer results in Arion Bank buying back ISK 1,480 m in the series ARION CBI 25.

In relation to Arion Bank‘s covered bond auction in the series ARION CBI 28 yesterday, holders of the series ARION CBI 25 were offered to sell holdings in the series at a predetermined clean price of 99.6124 in exchange for subscriptions made in the offering.

The exchange offer results in Arion Bank buying back ISK 1,480 m in the series ARION CBI 25.

Settlement will take place on November 15th 2024.

The offering is managed by Arion Bank Capital Markets.
