Reference is made to an announcement from Arion Bank published on 21 December 2023 on the buy-back of bonds in the series ARION CB 24.

Arion Bank hf. buys back bonds in the series ARION CB 24 (ISIN: IS0000030906) for the nominal amount of ISK 1,660m at a clean price of 98.9658, equivalent to a simple rate of 9.40% and a yield of 9.85%.
Total offers received amounted to ISK 1,660m.
After the buy-back the Bank will own a nominal of ISK 14,540 in the series.

Settlement date is 27 December 2023.
