Arion Bank hf.: Arion Bank issues bonds in NOK

MARKN.

Arion Bank has today concluded a sale of NOK 200m floating rate bonds with 2-year maturity. The bonds were priced at a spread of 255bp over 3-month NIBOR.

The bonds will be issued under the Bank’s EMTN programme and are expected to be admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 21 March 2023.

SEB acted as a dealer on the transaction.
