Arion Bank hf.: Arion Bank issues bonds in NOK and SEK

MARKN.

Arion Bank has today concluded a sale of NOK 400m and SEK 100m floating rate bonds with 3-year maturity. The bonds were priced at a spread of 235bp over 3-month NIBOR and 237bp over 3-month STIBOR.

The bonds will be issued under the Bank’s EMTN programme and are expected to be admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 18 August 2022.

Nordea acted as a dealer on the NOK transaction and SEB on the SEK transaction.
