Arion Bank: Covered bond offering results

MARKN.

Today Arion Bank hf. has concluded a sale of a covered bond series ARION CBI 30 for a total of ISK 1,020 m.

A total of 6 bids for ISK 1,220m were received in the series ARION CBI 30 at a yield in the range of 3.00-3.19%. Bids in the amount of ISK 1,020m were accepted at a 3.12% yield. The size of the series following the issuance will be ISK 7.020m.

The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on 24 August 2023.

The offering is managed by Arion Bank Capital Markets.
