Arion Bank: Covered bond exchange offer results

The exchange offer results in Arion Bank buying back ISK 3,500 m in the series ARION CBI 25.
In relation to Arion Bank‘s covered bond auction in the series ARION CB 27 and ARION CBI 30 yesterday, holders of the series ARION CBI 25 were offered to sell holdings in the series at a predetermined clean price of 99.288 in exchange for subscriptions made in the offering. The exchange offer results in Arion Bank buying back ISK 3,500 m in the series ARION CBI 25.
Settlement will take place on July 10th 2024. The offering is managed by Arion Bank Capital Markets.
