Arion Bank announces Tender Offer for EUR Senior Notes

MARKN.

Arion Bank hf. (the Offeror) announces today an invitation to holders of its outstanding EUR 300,000,000 0.625 per cent. Notes due 27 May 2024 (ISIN: XS2262798494) (the Notes) to tender their Notes for purchase by the Offeror for cash (such invitation the Offer).

The Offer is being made on the terms and subject to the conditions contained in the Tender Offer Memorandum dated 15 May 2023.

Further information on the tender offer is available in the announcement made public on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (https://www.bourse.lu/notices) where the bonds are listed.
