Arctic Blue Beverages finalizes timetable for the planned Rights Issue

Arctic Blue Beverages AB (“Arctic Blue Beverages” or the “Company”) hereby announces the finalized timetable for the Company's planned rights issue communicated by press release on 11 November 2022 (the “Rights Issue”).

Timetable in brief

  • November 17, 2022: Last day of trading including the right to receive subscription rights
  • November 18, 2022: First day of trading excluding the right to receive subscription rights
  • November 21, 2022: Record date for obtaining subscription rights
  • November 24–December 8, 2022: Subscription period for the Rights Issue
  • November 24, 2022: Trading in subscription rights and paid subscription shares starts
  • December 5, 2022: Trading in subscription rights ends
  • Around December 12, 2022: Press release on the outcome of the Rights Issue
