Terms of Service for Apan Discord Bot
1. Introduction
- Welcome to Apan, a Discord bot developed by Irrational Software AB. By adding and using Apan on your server, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the bot.
2. Functionality
Apan provides information such as press releases, short position changes, and insider trading activities for selected companies. Users can subscribe to specific companies through commands available within the bot.
3. Data Collection
Apan collects and stores the following data from your Discord server:
- Guild Name and Guild ID
- User Name and User ID of users who post messages
- Message history from the server where the bot is added
4. Data Usage
The collected data is primarily used to enhance the bot's functionality, including participating in discussions and summarizing recent activities on the server. Summaries may be displayed on allaktier.se, but will not include any personal identifiers like User Names or User IDs.
5. Data Sharing
Apan does not share collected data with third parties. However, the data is stored on servers provided by Microsoft Azure.
6. Data Security
Access to the collected data is restricted to a limited number of administrators within Irrational Software AB, all of whom require two-factor authentication for login.
7. User Rights
Users have the right to request the deletion of their data. Such requests can be made by emailing legal@allaaktier.se.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via a direct message (DM) sent to the user who added the bot to the server.
