Annehem Fastigheter divests commercial property in Norway

Annehem Fastigheter is selling the commercial property Carl Berner Torg in Oslo, Norway. The property is sold to the existing tenant Coop Øst SA, who will take over as owner of the property on October 20, 2023.

The property is sold at an underlying property value of NOK 246 million, which corresponds to book value. The sale of the property means that Annehem will receive approximately NOK 70 million in cash.

"This sale is in line with our strategy to focus on offices, residential, community properties and logistics. The deal also strengthens our financial position and enables future acquisitions", says Monica Fallenius, CEO of Annehem.
