Seeing poor results in Q1 2022, I took an additional role of Acting Operational CEO to lead the execution of the improvement action plan. The execution of this plan in 2022 has led to the re-positioning of the Group's proprietary I-Gaming platform, an increased focus on B2B offerings, tightened cost controls, embracing new business verticals and further investment in the most important asset - our human capital, which proved instrumental in our turn-around plan. The hard work has started to bear fruit in 2023, which began positively, and we continue our work towards re-igniting innovation and growth."
