Liquidity providing agreement terminated

Amniotics AB (publ) has terminated its agreement with Lago Kapital regarding liquidity providing for the company's shares. The purpose of the liquidity providing was to promote the share's liquidity and reduce its volatility, thereby facilitating share trading. The company believes that the liquidity providing is no longer needed. The agreement expires on January 5, 2023.
