Amniotics

In total, Amniotics issued 101,217,880 units in the Rights Issue, each consisting of one (1) share and one (1) Warrant. One (1) Warrant entitled the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company at an exercise price of SEK 0.06 per share. The exercise period of the Warrants ran from and including June 5, 2023 to and including June 19, 2023. The final outcome shows a subscription rate of approximately 78 per cent, meaning that 79,213,465 Warrants were utilized for subscription of 79,213,465 shares. Exercised Warrants has been replaced with interim shares pending registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The interim shares are expected to be converted into shares during week 28, 2023.

Through the exercise of the Warrants the Company receives approximately MSEK 4.7 before issue costs. The total number of shares in Amniotics increases by 79,213,465, from 117,284,210 to 196,497,675. The share capital in Amniotics increases by SEK 4,284,588.111209, from SEK 6,343,801.925575 to SEK 10,628,390.036784.
