Anders Månsson, who has been a board member of Amniotics (publ) since 2017, has today announced that he is leaving the board. This is due to workload, where Anders Månsson will devote his full attention to his new duties as CEO of a Stockholm-based company, he is reducing his board assignments and leaving the Amniotics Board.

"On behalf of the board and the shareholders, I would like to express a big thank you to Anders for his efforts and good cooperation in the work of the board over the past years. I understand that Anders' decision to change the work situation puts obstacles in the way of continued commitment." Says Peter Buhl Jensen, chairman of the board.

About Amniotics

Amniotics is a biopharma company focusing on mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) from amniotic fluid. The company was born out of the discovery of a novel source of stem cells in full-term amniotic fluid.
