Changed number of shares and votes in Altra Fastigheter

In accordance with the resolution adopted by the Annual General Meeting held on May 5, 2026, Altra Fastigheter AB ("Altra") has, during July 2026, carried out the redemption of 15,162,096 shares. As a result of the completed redemption of shares, the total number of shares and votes in Altra has decreased.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 192,956,152 shares in the company, and as of the same date, the number of votes amounts to 192,956,152.
