Alligo strengthens its position in Finland - acquires Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu Oy and Riihimäen Teollisuuspalvelu Oy

The companies have a combined annual turnover of approximately EUR 15 million and 42 employees. They have a total of five stores in Hämeenlinna, Riihimäki, Tampere and Hyvinkää.

-        With Alligo as an owner, we feel strengthened in our efforts to continue developing our businesses. We are convinced that the cooperation with other companies within the Alligo Group will create added value for both customers and employees and increase sales, says Vesa Kuusisto and Markus Friman, owners of the companies.

-        Hämeen Teollisuuspalvelu and Riihimäen Teollisuuspalvelu both have a good customer base and are major suppliers to the defence industry and fit very well with our Finnish operations. The attractive geographical location of the stores between Tampere and Helsinki will strengthen Alligo's position in the Finnish market. We intend to continue acquiring well-managed companies that are in line with our strategy, says Clein Ullenvik, President and CEO of Alligo.

The acquisitions are expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024 and are subject to regulatory approvals.
