Change in Employee Representatives to the Board of Directors of Alligator Bioscience AB

Laura von Schantz, employee representative, has resigned from the Alligator Bioscience AB Board of Directors, effective February 14, 2023, following her promotion to CTO and member of the Executive Management Team.
The employee representative successor will be announced in due course.
