Alleima

Victoria Van Camp, born 1966, holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Machine Elements, and is an adjunct professor of Machine Elements at Luleå University of Technology. Victoria Van Camp, furthermore, has years of experience of board work in both listed and unlisted companies, and has held many senior positions, including as CTO and President, Technology at SKF.

The Nomination Committee’s other proposals will be made public in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting of Alleima AB. The Meeting will be held on May 2, 2024.

The Nomination Committee consists of its Chairman Fredrik Lundberg (Industrivärden), Bo Selling (Lundbergföretagen), Jan Dworsky (Swedbank Robur Funds), Anders Algotsson (AFA Försäkring) and Andreas Nordbrandt (Chairman of the Board of Alleima AB).
