Akelius Residential Property AB has agreed to sell 14,800,000 shares in Castellum.

The buyer is Akelius Apartments Limited,
and the agreed price is SEK 145 per share.  

Akelius Residential Property AB holds after the sale, 51,800,760 shares in Castellum.

- We will use the proceeds to repay maturing debt.
  The shares stay in the Akelius Group with Akelius Apartments Limited.
