Advanced Soltech hires Erik Penser Bank as liquidity provider

Advanced Soltech Sweden AB (publ) ("Advanced Soltech" or the "Company") hereby announces that the Company engages Erik Penser Bank AB ("Erik Penser Bank") as liquidity provider. The new agreement will enter into force on 17 July 2023.

Advanced Soltech will, starting July 17, 2023, engage Erik Penser Bank as liquidity provider. Erik Penser Bank will ensure the opportunity to trade in the Company's share by continuously setting trading items on each buy and sell side of the order book in accordance with Nasdaq Stockholm's liquidity guarantee regulations.

In concrete terms, this means that the liquidity provider sets prices corresponding to SEK 30,000 on each buy and sell side with a spread of a maximum of 3% between the buy and sell price. The purpose of a liquidity guarantee is to ensure liquidity in the share and to reduce the difference between the bid and ask price during ongoing trading.

About the China venture

in China ASAB operates through, its wholly owned local subsidiaries Advanced Soltech Renewable Energy (Hangzhou) Co. Ltd, ASRE and Longrui Solar Energy (Suqian) Co. Ltd. The business model consists of financing, installing, owning and managing solar energy installations on customers' roofs in China. The customer does not pay for the plant, but instead enters an agreement to buy the electricity that the plant produces under a 20-year agreement. Current income comes from the sale of electricity to customers and from subsidies. The goal is to have an installed capacity of 1,000 megawatts (MW) which is fully connected to the electricity grid by 2026.

ASRE and Longrui Solar Energy (Suqian) Co. Ltd. are wholly owned subsidiaries of Advanced Soltech Sweden AB (publ).
