X-Ray Cassette Repair Company, Inc. which ADDvise signed a letter of intent to acquire on February 14, 2023, has during the subsequent due diligence not performed in line with initial expectations as regards sales and profitability. In view of this, ADDvise has decided not to complete the acquisition.

As previously communicated, ADDvise is only announcing acquisitions in conjunction with signing of share purchase agreements.
