AcuCort

AcuCort invites investors to meetings in Malmö, Gothenburg and Stockholm on 17–19 November 2026. During the meetings, CEO Jonas Jönmark and Carl Frisk, Strategic Alliance Manager, will present AcuCort’s development, the company’s international expansion and the upcoming rights issue, followed by a Q&A session.

The roadshow will take place during the subscription period for AcuCort’s rights issue, which runs from 12 to 26 November 2026. If fully subscribed, the rights issue may initially generate gross proceeds of approximately SEK 70.3 million before issue costs.
 

The proceeds are intended to be used, among other things, to fund AcuCort’s continued work towards FDA approval for Zeqmelit®, preparations for market entry in the US and continued commercial expansion in existing and new markets.

Zeqmelit® is currently sold in the Nordic region, and AcuCort has a commercial agreement with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals covering six European markets. In parallel, AcuCort is finalising its NDA submission to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
